Mary Ann CarlsonSummary:  Mary Ann is the Vice President of the Northeast Region for Quantech Services Inc.  Mary Ann is responsible for leading a division that provides technical and acquisition support services to Electronic Systems Center (ESC) and other Government agencies.  Mary Ann manages $31M of contract revenues and is responsible for daily execution and P&L of all Northeast contracts.  She is responsible for developing and executing new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to meet our corporate goals.   Mary Ann reports directly to Jim Monopoli, President/CEO. 

Mary Ann was hired as the Capture Manager for the ESC Professional Acquisition Support Services (PASS) contract.  She was responsible for developing our PASS Exclusive Team, Capture Plan, Discriminators, and led the proposal effort which consisted of an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) and 26 Task Orders.  Under her leadership, Quantech was successful in winning the ESC PASS ID/IQ and 8 PASS Task Orders with a total ceiling of over $160M.  Mary Ann has over 25 years of experience in program management and has held senior management positions in private industry.

Prior to starting Quantech, Mary Ann was a Business Director in a Government service consulting company providing support services to DoD customers.  She was responsible for winning a $55M Advisory & Assistance Services (A&AS) support contract with ESC.  Mary Ann was responsible for the cost, schedule and performance of this contract.  She led a 100 person team including five large subcontractors and was responsible for profit and loss of her division.

Education:   Mary Ann has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Western New England College and is pursuing her MBA.
