Rewards & Recognition
Quantech’s Recognition Program supports our four core values: a devotion to our customers and employees, a spirit of innovation, a pledge to quality and a passion to be the best. To properly recognize and reward the invaluable contributions our employees give to the company, our clients and the worthy customers we proudly support, Quantech Services, Inc. instituted the Quantech Recognition Program. Program goals are to enhance the overall visibility of Quantech personnel and their accomplishments, recognize outstanding achievement and reward initiative, innovation and superior performance by individuals and teams.
The Recognition Program consists of an informal and formal component. The informal component is non-competitive and supports immediate and meaningful recognition. It does not require a formal write-up or selection board. The formal component is more structured and competitive. It requires a brief write-up to properly document the sustained and superior performance of nominees. Here is a summary of the Quantech Awards program:

Recognizing that individuals deserve relevant, comprehensive, and effective training and development opportunities, Quantech is dedicated to providing meaningful programs that address the evolving needs of our employees and client partners. These techniques may include computer-based instruction, self-paced written manual, peer training, hands-on practical sessions, classroom lectures, or any combination of the above.
We promote the professional growth and development of our employees by offering tuition assistance, providing professional memberships and offering formal and informal training opportunities. Each employee has the opportunity and is encouraged to complete specialized training specific to their job responsibilities. Our approach for topics such as security, foreign military sales, information technology and other specialized training include online resources such as briefings and videos that our staff can access.
Informal training includes Lunch and Learn Programs, evening courses given by functional experts as well as an extensive training repository accessible by our team through our learning management system for self-paced learning and research. This library of presentations is available to employees for self-paced learning and serves as a good introduction to the acquisition environment.
The goal of the Quantech’s training program is to enhance our employees’ ability to provide state-of-the-art support and to offer educational opportunities that encourage personnel to join - and stay - with Quantech. In addition to the training listed above, we will provide specific requisite training and keep employees abreast of the latest acquisition policy updates. Our flexible training approach improves workforce capabilities and provides the Government with highly motivated and knowledgeable employees.
